"APPLIED ERGONOMIC" PRODUCT EVALUATIONS & SERVICES

ERGONOMIC PRODUCT SELECTION & EVALUATION TRIALS

What works and why? - Making informed product decisions.
CESSI, at the request of our customers, has developed a high performance product portfolio which reduces the likelihood of inappropriate investments in "ergonomic" products. Our Commerical Services team has researched, tested and evaluated hundreds of products from around the world which claim to be "ergonomic". Research has revealed that less then 1 out of 10 "ergonomic" labeled products we tested, delivered the performance claimed.

Even fewer products met our internal "Applied Ergonomics" criteria: 80% or more of our customer's endusers must prefer to use these products after 6 months of use.

We have been able to achieve these results by thoroughly evaluating Product offerings and studying the results and feedback from our customers who use our Advance Purchase Evaluation Programs (available from most of our manufacturers, limited to organizations with 25 or more employees). Through this customer satisfaction program, we help you select representative products, obtain promotional discounts, arrange installation in Pilot Work Environments at your facility and make them available to your employees for thorough evaluations and written feedback. Underperforming products can often be returned and exchanged for more appropriate solutions.
